Being a teenager is a difficult period of life. Today’s teens often feel pressured by family, friends, and society. This program focuses on helping them to establish their values.

SESSION I: “The Village People.”
Exploration of various personality styles.
SESSION II: “Dust In The Wind.”
Discussion of different life plans in regard to society’s values.
SESSION III: “Head Games.”
Exercises to help teens become aware of their beliefs.
SESSION IV: “Runnin’ on Empty.”
Exercises to help teens affirm their value systems.

This program is recommended for teenagers only.
