In recent years society’s concept of marriage has undergone some radical changes. What are the factors involved in today’s marriage? This program examines some of the basic reasons that people marry today and the different types of marital relationships that they form. It’s special emphasis is on recognizing and resolving marital conflict.

“Happily Everafter, 50/50, and Other Fairy Tales.” A discussion of the various myths regarding marriage. |
| SESSION III: |
“We Never Argue, But....” An examination of the sources of marital conflict and the methods of resolving conflict. |
| SESSION IV: |
“The Barter System, The Martyr System and Love.” A discussion of some of the positive and negative types of marital relationships. |
This program is recommended for married couples, those planning marriage, high school seniors, ministers, and anyone interested in working with the married couple.
