Depression is a commonly acknowledged and rapidly growing problem today. Many people, unable to cope with pressures surrounding them, find themselves saddened, unable to perform routine tasks and isolated by feelings that overwhelm them. This program is designed to help depressives become aware of what depression is and how to deal effectively with it. It includes a special emphasis on providing techniques of support.

“Change Your Attitude, Change Your Life.” Exercises to help change depressive attitudes. |
This program is recommended for married couples, bereaved people, divorced people, lonely people, parents, single parents, the elderly, the unemployed, and anyone suffering from periods of despondency and despair.
