• Substance Abuse Policy/Procedure development for compliance with Federal Regulations or Company Policy.

• Substance Abuse Training for Supervision and Employees about the effects and consequences of controlled substance use on personal health, safety and the work environment.

• Collections Facility - A.D.M.I.T. or Mobile testing will assure the integrity of the specimen and the sensitivity and privacy of the individual being tested.

• Random Selection by regulation or company policy.

• Urine Collection and Intoxilyzer Testing:
  • Experienced medical personnel in urine collection and completion of Chain of Custody performed in a timely, professional mannner.
  • SAMSHA (NIDA) certified national laboratory to perform screen and GC/MS processing on submitted samples.

• 24 Hour report of negative results, to the employer, and review by a Certified Medical Review Officer.

• Quality Assurance Program by blind proficiency sampling to the laboratory.

• Certified BAT (Breath Alcohol Technician).

• Alcohol Breath Testing performed by DOT approved evidential breath testing instrument. CMI - 200D. Instant result provided to the employer.

• BAT Training and Certification with CMI Instrumentation.

• Physical Examinations: Pre-employment, CDL, Return to Work.

• Record keeping in compliance with Federal Regulations.

• 24 Hour Service.
