Layaways
- A $50.00 down payment is required on all layaway orders.
- Layaways are valid for a three month period.
- At least one payment per month is required.
- Layaway deposits are non-refundable.

Returns
- A sales receipt is required on all returns.
- Bicycles are non-returnable.
- A store credit will be issued after two weeks.
- There are no refunds or returns on sale items.
- There are no refunds or returns on special order items.

Special Orders
- We welcome and will pursue all requests for small parts or accessories.
- A 40% non-refundable down payment is required on all special-ordered bikes and accessories.
- We have no control over shipping time; a customer may request "blue label" service at their
own expense.

New Bike Sales
- Free professional assembly and sizing by experienced technicians.
- Free 90 day check-ups by qualified mechanics.
- Free labor on any flat tire within one year of purchase.
- 10% discount on parts/accessories to club members.

Want that new bike, but don't have all the cash right now? Don't let that stop you! Pending
approval through the Commercial Credit Company, we offer 90 days same as cash.
